4. Paid Examination Fees

If a candidate experiences a verified technical issue caused by the Oxford College examination platform that prevents the examination from being completed, Oxford College may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A free rescheduled examination attempt, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Technical problems caused by the candidate's own equipment, internet connection, or browser configuration are not eligible for refunds.


7. Examination Integrity Violations

Refunds will not be granted if the examination attempt is terminated due to violations of examination rules, including but not limited to:

  • Academic misconduct or cheating

  • Failure to comply with camera monitoring requirements

  • Use of unauthorized materials or assistance

  • Attempting the exam on behalf of another person

In such cases, the examination attempt may be invalidated without refund.


8. Certificate Issuance Fees

Digital certificates issued after successfully passing an examination are non-refundable.

Additional services such as:

  • Printed certificates

  • International shipping

  • Apostille or document legalization

may involve separate fees that are non-refundable once processing has begun.


9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Oxford College does not store sensitive financial information such as full credit card numbers.

Any refund approved by Oxford College will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
